A Letter From Our CEO

At Ukrop’s Threads we value the well-being of our teammates, our customers, our partners, and the communities in which we work. We take pride in providing quality goods and services in a way that nets a positive impact on our environment, from donating a portion of our annual profits to local causes to dedicating resources to make certain that we are being socially responsible.

In that regard, we have developed a thorough process to be sure we act with integrity and source our products responsibly. That commitment extends to our supplier partners and the factories producing our goods, and we appreciate their cooperation and support in meeting our labor compliance goals. Ukrop’s Threads values strong business relationships, and our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our goals and expectations. Specifically, we expect our partners to provide a safe and healthy work environment and fair and ethical treatment of workers engaged in the production of uniforms for our valued customers.

We are committed to investigating any claims of impropriety among our suppliers or agents, and if necessary, we will cease doing business with organizations whose practices are not aligned with our objectives. For other than egregious or zero tolerance violations, Ukrop’s Threads Compliance Policy is built on a philosophy of continuous improvement, and we have enlisted a third party to independently monitor and report on our progress.

Because this matters to me and to our company, I invite you to review the details of our platform on social compliance and bring any concerns directly to me. Together, we can positively impact those we serve as well as those who serve us, and we welcome that opportunity. Thank you for working with us on this important initiative.

Sincerely,

Bill Biedenharn
CEO
